BFT-3007 is a commercial seated biceps curl trainer. It is a special product for exercising arm biceps. Classic Life Fitness shape design, the gantry is in the shape of an n, which highlights the elegance of Life Fitness and is most suitable for Asians.

For a seated exercise, grab the two bars of the independent movement to flex and extend the elbows from bottom to top. Weights impart resistance, allowing the proper load to be adjusted to each individual's needs.

Weight Stack and Guide Rod

High-quality stainless steel weight stack, with shock-absorbing plastic pads between each weight stack, can effectively reduce the noise of collisions.

Users can quickly adjust the weight by using the guide rod according to their own conditions.
