BFT-C006 is a commercial seated row trainer. Targeted exercise of all muscles of the back and upper arms (biceps, brachialis, brachioradialis) with pull-down movements.
Sit facing the machine, adjust the seat and load, and grasp the handle. As you pull the handle, keep your elbows close to your torso and extend your spine.
