Hack Squat

The BFT-3040 is a commercial hack squat trainer. It is a strength machine for quadriceps, hamstrings, buttocks and calves.
Load the plate with the desired weight for the exercise and rest your shoulders and back on the mat. With your feet shoulder-width apart, extend your legs and release the safety handles. Bend your knees and slowly reduce the weight until your thighs are about 90 degrees. Twist the movement by driving into the platform and extending your knees and hips. Repeat the desired number of repetitions.
