BFT Leg Extension And Prone Leg Curl One Machine Video
This video shows you how to use the Leg Extension and Prone Leg Curl One Machine from BFT Fitness. This is a product for training the rectus abdominis, internal obliques, latissimus dorsi.
Instructions for use, there are two usage modes:
1. Mode 1 is practiced in a prone position, holding the handle with both hands and bending the legs back.
2. Mode 2 is practiced in a sitting position, holding the handle with both hands and straightening your legs forward.
3. Hang the barbell plate to give resistance, and adjust the appropriate load according to your own needs.
